While installing marmoleum click flooring looks easy as pie, it still takes a little thought as to where and how you are going to start the patterns. Sometimes, simply using a piece of graph paper with each box representing 12" in the room can be a great tool to use. Simply graph out the room and then, if you want a multicolor pattern, simply use some markers or colored pencils to shade in your desired pattern. You can simply count up the boxes to figure out how many pieces or how many of each color you would need. Simply add 5 or 10 percent waste to keep you safe from running short. Also remember that the product has to install all in the same direction so your cutoff pieces from one side will only fit on the opposite side. The panel has four sides; two groove edges and two tongue edges.
