Cool Green Floors Buy More, Pay Less Shipping Information
- Orders under 100 pounds may ship by UPS or FEDEX package service.
- Package service tracking is available as soon as the order ships and not before. Please be patient. Someone must sign for the order.
- Orders over 100 pounds generally ship by LTL truck freight. Tracking, Bill of Lading or Pro numbers are available when your order ships and we forward them as soon as we have them which is about 72 hours. We politely ask that you do not call and ask us for tracking. We send it along just as soon as we have it. Please be patient. If there are any problems with your order or out of stock, we contact you immediately.
- Someone over 18 must receive and sign for your delivery.
- Remote locations such as RFD addresses may need to make terminal pickups. That is very rare.
- Expedited orders can (may) leave within 24 hours or by end of next full business day.
- We ship everyday to the lower 47 states (No FL.) and we ship from PA, TX or NV so you can get your order faster. Most orders take 7 to 10 days and may be shorter or longer depending on demand, weather and shipping schedules. Our delivery service for Forbo products is very well coordinated and the products are packed well. Damage in transit is not at all a common thing.
- Shipping to a commercial address with a loading dock is the easiest. Home deliveries are considered to be curbside, although drivers are generally cool about helping out. Offering a drink, a tip or just generally being nice to them will generally get you the best service in the world at curbside.
